Located in London’s Primrose Hill, Eglon House transformed a former industrial site into a contemporary live/work space inspired by Pierre Chareau’s Maison de Verre. Independent lighting designer Victoria Jerram specified 68 bespoke rubbed bronze spotlights from Precision Lighting, mounted on the minimalist Basis Track system, to complement the Modernist architecture while providing flexibility for both residential and commercial spaces. Features including the Jack Plug connection, curved track sections, and discreet surface monopoints allowed the lighting to adapt seamlessly throughout the project, creating a scheme that balances industrial character, functionality, and timeless design.
